Job Details:



  • Office Administrator

  • £22,000 - £25,000* Depending on experience

  • City of London

  • 9:00am - 5:30pm


Job Spec:



  • Working alongside senior receptionist, managing FOH duties

  • Managing general day to day administration duties to support office

  • Answering telephone calls politely and promptly and directing where necessary and passing on concise messages

  • Meeting and greeting visitors and directing them to meeting rooms

  • Arranging outbound courier deliveries and managing all incoming post and distributing

  • Booking and setting up meeting rooms, arranging tea, water, and refreshment

  • Handling the post room

  • Facilities management for the building

  • Operational tasks including scanning, filing, archiving, photocopying, binding, data input etc.

  • Responding to customer enquiries

  • Assisting CEO with various admin tasks when required



Requirements:



  • Ideally 1 years' experience within reception, admin and/or customer service

  • Energy, "can do" attitude, outgoing and willing to learn approach

  • Highly organised, focused and ability to multitask

  • Friendly, personable, and excellent customer service

  • Ambitious, eager to act as a key part within the business and running of day to day tasks

  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written

  • Willingness to get involved with all aspects - admin, reception, facilities, and mailroom

  • Excellent team player
