Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator/Customer Service Advisor for our client based in Bracknell.



Role: Office Administrator/Customer Service Advisor



Location: Bracknell - Office Based



Salary: £30,000 per annum



*Please note - remote or hybrid working is not offered for this position, attendance to the office 5 days a week is required



The Role:




  • Handling inbound and outbound phone calls

  • Answering emails

  • Taking payments for invoices

  • Resolving issues and handling complaints

  • Arranging collections

  • Liaising with shipping companies

  • Expertly looking after customer needs

  • Ad hoc administrative duties as required by the wider team



The ideal candidate:




  • Confident telephone manner

  • Passionate about providing a high level of customer service

  • Problem solver

  • Work well within a team

  • Ability to manage own workload with minimal supervision

  • Adaptable

  • Positive attitude

  • Highly organised
