Office Administrator - 12 Month FTC

£22,000-£24,000 plus 20 days holiday, pension, private healthcare & much more!!

Hours: Monday -Friday

An exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a well-established maintenance & installation company on 12-month fixed term contract.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide administration support to the busy teams.

Daily Duties:

  • Answering calls/emails, logging and tracking incoming work.

  • Scheduling engineers daily work within different SLA's

  • Raising purchase orders.

  • Customer service and dealing with complaints.

  • Meet office targets as set by management

  • Provide management reports as required

  • General admin

Skills and Qualifications:

  • An excellent communicator, both verbal and written.

  • Experience in a customer service role is (Preferred)

  • Proactive in approach to learning and work

  • Experience is a similar role (Desirable)
