Working alongside a dynamic and innovative team, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the Supply Chain Manager, as well as the wider company. In this role, you will be a vital member of a client-focused team, helping to ensure that the company runs smoothly and efficiently.

Role: Office Administrator
Pay Rate: £14 per hour
Days: Monday-Friday (Hybrid Working)
Hours: 9am - 5pm

Duties:
- Provide the company with general administration and facilities management support, including health and safety protocols and being the first point of contact for all communications at head office.
- Provide Administration support for various projects and BHUK work groups including Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Medical.
- Asist the organisation of Company and Team events including venue selection and booking, planning travel arrangements and general event management.
- Organise company equipment for new starters and arrange the return of equipment for leavers.
- Liaise with the building and facilities management to arrange repairs and to ensure the safety of those in the office.
- Manage meeting rooms are ready for use.
- Track the Company asset - mobile phones, making sure that accurate records are kept.
- Ensure that the office consumables are available as required by identifying the needs, checking stock levels and liaising with suppliers.
Person Specification
- Diligent, thorough, with strong organisational skills
- A general understanding of working confidentially and providing a service.
Competencies
- IT literate, intermediate level of using all Windows Microsoft packages.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage a varied workload, prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and on own initiative.
- Proven ability to establish credibility at all levels.
- Approaches work with rigour and thoroughness and good level of attention to detail with accuracy.
- Understand the importance of confidentiality and being discreet when dealing with confidential matters.
