This is an exciting opportunity for a results driven individual.


The role will involve making outbound calls to new and potential customer leads to drive sales, maximize margin and opportunities and develop key relationships.


As a New Business Sales Executive you will have a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service and continually drive sales growth within your customer base by providing dedicated support to the inside sales customer base, chasing new business with new business leads generated from our website.


You should expect to prospect and develop new opportunities via outbound telesales activity, by targeting small, medium and large business customers, schools, universities and other educational establishments. This can be accomplished through the use of outbound calls in order to build relationships with potential customers, securing their interest in the products Business has to offer and closing deals to produce revenue and profit.


The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and be customer focused. Driven to achieve sales targets with excellent organisational skills to manage time effectively. With a can-do attitude and excels at putting their work results first. A real go getter that won't be put off by rejection and can show real resilience.

● Meet talk time levels as agreed with the Sales Team Leader and/or Sales Manager


● Make outbound calls at a level agreed with the Sales Team Leader and/or Sales Manager.



● Offer quotations to potential business customers


● Encourage customers to visit and use the website along with creating managed accounts and promoting repeat spend within your customer base.


● Maintain cooperative and productive inter-departmental relationships and procedures in order to deliver exceptional customer services at all times.


● Take responsibility for determining and satisfying the needs of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction as the basis for further business


● Produce revenue and profit in line with company and individual targets
