National Account Executive

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a National Account Executive for our global client based in Bracknell.


Role: National Account Executive


Location: Bracknell


Pay rate: £16.00ph


Days required: Monday - Friday


Duration: Ongoing


Duties may include but are not limited to:



  • To develop working relationships with customers and Buyers, stock planners, promoters, and execution team.

  • To act as focal point of contact between ourselves and the Customer - liaising with the various internal departments to resolve issues.

  • Support in managing the promotional trackers and claims process.

  • To work with sales analyst and promoter team to produce internal and external customer scorecards

  • To track and manage execution levels by working with the Execution and promoters teams visiting retail outlets and browsing retailer web pages on a regular basis to ensure agreed activities are in place.

  • To manage the customer training plan by liaising between the business development team

  • To manage key internal administration processes related to running the account as agreed with your line manager.

  • To manage customer stock levels to maximise store and online availability

  • To liaise between customer and customer ops to deliver optimal market stock levels. Support senior managerment team with forecasts by customer/category.

  • To work closely with Marketing, agencies and senior national account team to deliver compelling promotions, product launches and tactical promotional activity

  • To manage directly part of the business portfolio taking full responsibility for delivery of all key KPI's for part of the portfolio


The ideal candidate will have:



  • Possess drive and ambition to achieve Personal and Company Objectives and Business Plan Targets.

  • Good fundamental negotiation ability

  • Strong commercial acumen and communication ability

  • Have good analytical ability and able to construct a business case

  • Ability to build relationships with customers at buyer & merchandiser levels.

  • Excellent self-presentation, with strong communication skills.

  • Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • A flexible approach to work and a clean driving license are essential.
