Move Manager/ Client Coordinator

JOB TITLE: Move Manager/Client Coordinator

JOB TYPE: Full-time, Permanent

COMPANY TYPE: Leading, international, high-end removals company

SALARY: £21,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience.

HOURS: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

LOCATION: Park Royal, London

CULTURE: Busy, hard-working, collaborative team


You will be working as part of the Private Client Services team, reporting to the client coordination manager to deliver a 'first-class' service to clients.

  • Providing a smooth and efficient relocation service to all clients through prompt communication

  • Ensuring all contractual paperwork is completed accurately and on time

  • Ensuring payments and account checks are completed in line with company procedure

  • Liaising with the operations and storage departments to ensure a seamless customer journey

  • Sourcing and booking third party services where required

  • Updating database accurately and regularly (Moveware)

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience with UK/International moving practices desirable

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Accuracy with numeracy/figures & data entry

  • Excellent communication & administration skills

  • Great time management

  • Ability to identify and resolve problems with good decision making skills

  • String attention to detail

  • Great team-player

  • IT proficiency - Inc MS Office
