THE COMPANY: Our client are a successful and growing Mortgage Advisory firm who are well know for providing an exceptional service to their clients based all over the UK. This is a really exciting time to join the firm as they are expanding and for the right candidate there will definitely be long term progression opportunities available.


SALARY: £18,000- £25,000 Dependant on experience


LOCATION: Langport, Somerset


HOURS: Full-time, permanent, Monday- Friday 9am-5pm

ROLE: We are currently working with our client to recruit for a Mortgage Administrator working Monday-Friday at their offices based near Langport. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team and really make the role your own. The role will involve supporting the Advisors and delivering a high level of professionalism to ensure the clients receive an excellent service. Daily duties will include:



  • Answering the phone and dealing with enquires

  • Monitoring the admin inbox

  • Dealing with client queries

  • Preparing refreshments for clients and Company meetings as required

  • Supporting the advisors and clients throughout the application process

  • Liaising with solicitors, insurance providers, mortgage lenders and estate agents to make sure clients are kept updated regularly

  • Work to FCA approved standards, ensuring work is compliant and within data protection guidelines

  • Data entry to keep the company database up to date

  • Providing efficient administrative support to advisors and keeping them regularly updated

  • Managing and distributing incoming post and organising outgoing post

  • Ordering stationary and equipment for the Company

  • Opening and closing the office as required

  • Filing

  • Sending out invoices to clients and taking payments

  • Personable, presentable and punctual

  • Excellent communication skills


If you have prior experience working within Financial Services, Legal Conveyancing, or Property this would be highly beneficial however full training can be provided for the right candidate.
