JOB TITLE: Membership Coordinator

JOB TYPE: Full-time, Permanent

COMPANY TYPE: Not-for-profit Organisation

SALARY: £26,000 per annum

HOURS: Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.00pm (currently working from home 1-2 days per week)

LOCATION: Belgravia, London

� Deal with membership queries and enquiries

� Follow up returned post and emails.

� Maintain and update membership records on the database liaising with members by telephone, email and post where necessary.

� Support the Membership team in processing new membership applications and associated financial administration

� Work with the finance team to ensure all cheques are banked in accordance with the organisations procedures.

� Notify debtors by letter, email, or telephone call of upcoming or outstanding membership subscription payment.

� Negotiating payment plans.

� Provision of reports and financial information as requested by management.

� Dealing with internal queries about payments.

� Maintaining accurate records of correspondence with customers.

� Identify new sales leads and acquire sources of information that include contact details of businesses or individuals likely to be prospective members.

� Work with the Membership Manager to resolve any membership processing and administration queries.

Skills and Experience

� Confident communicator

� Experience using software systems/databases

� Strong Administrative experience

� Customer Service skills essential
