JOB ROLE:


COMPANY: Private Medical Clinic


ROLE: Medical Administrator / Secretary


HOURS: Full time hours


SALARY: £11 per hour


LOCATION: Marylebone




DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:




  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail

  • Providing secretarial support to medical staff

  • Answering calls and arranging appointments

  • Writing letters and recording medical notes

  • Typing and filing medical letters

  • Filing and typing up reports

  • Providing administrative assistance with medical research



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:




  • Medical administration experience is essential

  • Available immediately and happy to temp

  • Office based, not working from home

  • Flexible to work full time ongoing
