Job title: Marketing Project Manager


Salary: £32k - £35k


Location: Canterbury (Hybrid working is available, although the team all choose to be in the office where there's such a great energy!)


Hours: Monday-Friday, 35 hours a week, core hours 10am- 3pm, our client is flexible with the hours you work

The role: You will be the first Project Manager in the client services team and you'll play a big part in shaping project delivery within the business. It's a fun and rewarding role that will require excellent communication, strong organisation, people skills, common sense, humour, patience and commitment.


Your key responsibilities as a Marketing Project Manager:



  • The quality and compliance of implementation on projects according to client contracts requirements

  • Working with the Account Manager/Account Director to establish goals for all projects

  • Working on project scoping and work estimating

  • Coordinating and organising project assets and resources (e.g. data, documentation, etc.)

  • Identifying and monitoring project risks, building and implementing backup strategies

  • Controlling project timelines, so the project is rolled out according to the plan

  • Preparing and presenting detailed briefs to delivery teams - providing them with the relevant background information required to deliver on the brief

  • Preparing reports for the project review

  • Managing under or over-servicing of clients

  • Managing of scheduling system helping the team to understand who is booked onto each resource/projects in the future


We'd love to speak to candidates with the following:



  • Experience as a Project Manager within a marketing sector

  • Experience working on a Forecast Project Management system is beneficial

  • Process-driven and a stickler for detail

  • Someone who can handle multiple internal and client tasks, campaigns and initiatives

  • A team player who shows evidence of working with others to get things done
