JOB ROLE:
Marketing & PR Manager

JOB TYPE: PERMANENT

COMPANY:

HOURS:
Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (can be flexible around school hours etc)

SALARY:
£30,000 - £35,000* depending on experience

Diss, Norfolk - 20 minutes from Bury St Edmunds, Thetford & Stowmarket

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Lead the next stage of commercial growth by increasing brand awareness and promoting the social mission

  • Create and use an effective range of relevant Corporate and Public Sector PR contacts

  • Develop and deliver impactful campaigns, using a variety of relevant channels

  • Build and maintain successful relationships with prospective clients

  • Oversee presence at relevant conferences and exhibitions

  • Co-ordinate the team involvement with industry networking groups

  • Lead accurate and effective use of the CRM system

  • Provide the business with the marketing data it needs

  • Take a pro-active role in post-project customer feedback and follow-up

  • Managing a marketing budget against a measurable Return on Investment

  • Working closely with the Partnerships team to identify opportunities to expand the B2B and Public sector sales

  • Working with the internal team to originate and execute creative ideas, as well as working with external agencies and other brands for marketing activation's and collaborations

  • Working with the Founder on new product development, collaboration and innovation within the market relevant to the B2B and Public sectors

  • Building new ways of working and structure in the team, identifying internal gaps in skills and building our team to drive future growth



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Experience required in a relevant marketing role where impressive results have been demonstrated in all the above areas

  • Has an entrepreneurial spirit and high levels of creativity, bringing fresh ideas and innovations to the table

  • Has a strong, existing network of marketing counterparts across B2B, Public sector contacts, trade magazines etc with which they have delivered joint marketing plans previously
