Are you a highly experienced PR/Marketing Manager or Marketing Director? If you are this role could be the perfect match for you! Managing a small team consisting of 3 creative marketing staff, the company are looking for a highly skilled and efficient Marketing Manager with at least 6 years previous experience working in the luxury market to lead the marketing and creative imaging of the brand. The job is set in an office in the beautiful heart of Royal Windsor with beautiful surroundings!
Role Summary:

Reporting to the CEO you will develop the company's global marketing strategy and ensure future brand growth. A day in the life of your new role;

Role & Responsibilities:

* Developing and implementing the brand marketing strategy through all project phases and will work across traditional print, digital, advertising and PR to elevate market position and new project awareness in multiple territories.
* Link back to overall brand objectives and deliver strong ROI while working with Sales and Global leads to execute all programs flawlessly and on-time.
* Annual Marketing budget planning and reporting to the CEO, FD and MD.
* Developing the Marketing calendar and internal communications on events.
* Work collaboratively with the Sales team to execute all marketing programs, events and requests.
* Manage agency relationships across PR, marketing, events, digital and advertising ensuring smooth delivery in line with the marketing calendar.
* Organising and full delivery of photoshoots.
* Arrange the development of all creatives across print, digital and video.
* Develop the ongoing international Social Media strategy.
* Create and sustain a positive team environment displaying high levels of motivation and excellent team spirit.
* In conjunction with HR, manage any performance or employee relation issues affecting team performance in a timely manner.
* Participate and contribute to relevant management meetings.

Personal Specifications:

* You are ideally CIM qualified or have a relevant degree and excellent marketing track record, preferably with experience in the luxury/fabrics industry or other consumer facing sectors.
* A minimum of 6 years marketing experience (ideally working with luxury products i.e. home, textiles, fabrics, interiors, fashion, beauty).
* The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of luxury brands in the EU/UK marketplace and the ability to propose, develop and implement new ideas.
* Proven experience delivering brand strategy and creating desirability.
* Highly motivated, self-starter who manages multiple projects end-to-end and has a demonstrated track record of getting results, organising and prioritising deadlines.
* Proven social media management and analytical skills.
* A confident manager, with experiencing of managing a small team.
* Proficient in the use of Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Mail Chimp and Microsoft.
* KPI and target driven.
* Proven track record marketing to High-Net-Worth-Individuals/Accounts.
* Proven budget management experience.
* Excellent communication and people skills.
