HOURS: 9:00am - 5:30pm

SALARY: £35,000-£40,000

They are looking for an immediate available Marketing Manager to join them on an interim basis, you will be reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer and working closely with the wider marketing team, this is a broad marketing role touching many channel, projects and business areas.



You will be able to add value to any project thanks to their knowledge of marketing best-practices and understanding of the brand guidelines. You will own brand tone-of-voice across the organisation, using a team of freelancers and contractors to successfully resource projects and get results. You should be comfortable with new challenges, a fast pace of change and working things out as they go along!




DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



Responsibilities



  • Be a passionate brand expert and advocate!

  • Extensive copy writing, manage all newsletter, tenders, and proposals across the business

  • Manage projects from beginning until completion

  • Manage a roster of creative and technical freelancers and contractors to achieve marketing and business objectives.

  • Be the link between the marketing and sales teams, helping achieve commercial targets in a way that is always compelling and on-brand.

  • Manage all email marketing and CRM content.

  • Manage brand tone-of-voice and copywriting across the entire business, including social, web, print and digital materials.

  • Support wider marketing projects, new launches and commercial initiatives from a creative ideation, communication, and project management perspective.

  • Optimise materials for other teams across the business - from CEO memos, to BD materials, to surveys and in-building materials.

  • Ensure they always represent the most exciting elements of the brand!



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:




  • Excellent written English and first-class communication skills

  • Impeccable attention to detail and proof-reading skills

  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills

  • High levels of cultural awareness and natural curiosity

  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and campaign management

  • Strong understanding of digital platforms including Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress and Google Analytics, plus social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.

  • Enthusiasm for new challenges and exciting projects, plus a willingness to get stuck in and learn!
