Office Angels London Bridge are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a successful agile retail business based in London.


Due to rapid growth our client is looking for a switched-on, commercial and creative Marketing Manger to take full responsibility for creating and implementing marketing activities in line with their ambitious growth plan.


The Marketing Manager will lead marketing activities, primarily through working with digital, creative and advertising agency partners. Working hand-in-glove with the Business Development director, this role is crucial to ensure ongoing marketing presence, and also to develop and execute specific sales campaigns to bring in new buyers!


Key responsibilities:










  • Manage external agencies to ensure they are adequately briefed, provided with all relevant assets and materials and kept to deadline and budget

  • Work closely with Business Development and develop campaigns, materials and collateral as required to assist in selling Agile Retail to new customers

  • Set up and provide regular reporting and analysis on performance of marketing channels, including specific campaigns, social media engagement, website hits, and so on.

  • Support on preparing and delivering presentations and pitches for new business

  • Maintain and manage our sales pipeline systems, ensuring we follow up on time and appropriately with prospects.




All about you:










  • You'll have good experience in marketing in B2B businesses, and be able to expertly utilise the channels needed to deliver marketing campaigns - social media, mailers, web etc

  • You'll have good working knowledge of best practices and tools to use to effectively manage marketing and new business activity

  • You'll be sales hungry, and passionate about new business through the use of marketing tools

  • You'll be a retail afficionado, with a deep understanding of the trends, challenges and thought leadership currently affecting the retail space, so that you're able to guide and create appropriate content

  • You'll be a self starter and a "bit of a do-er"

  • Experience managing agencies and other external suppliers and appropriate budgets
