With a focus on digital marketing activities your responsibilities will be wide ranging and include the management and maintenance of all aspects of the website and email

marketing campaigns.

  • Web: Manage and maintain all aspects of the website. This includes maintaining/updating product information and a wide range of customer and marketing content, improving the customer journey, SEO ownership and liaising with the website agency as required.

  • Email: Manage email marketing campaigns to generate leads, offering creative input, strategy, and execution.

  • Data: Manage the database of marketing leads and contacts. Create and implement strategies and techniques to grow our database of quality and compliant prospect data.

  • Events: Organise the logistics for key stakeholder events. Support and manage our national and regional events programme: review options, negotiate, contract, coordinate, deliver appropriate materials and review event effectiveness.

  • Direct mail: Manage the offline direct mail communications from concept through to liaising with approved suppliers to facilitate sends.

  • Digital advertising: Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads/Microsoft Ads) and other forms of digital advertising.

  • Analytics & KPIs: Understand marketing performance and analytics to implement enhancements. Monitor web stats including visitors, conversions and produce regular and ad hoc reports containing Management Information and Key Performance Indicators.

  • Content support: Assist other members of the team with content planning and production of relevant web pages, product updates, guides, blogs and case studies.

  • Design: Basic Photoshop and InDesign to be completed inhouse (training provided) and coordinating with external designers for larger jobs.

You will play a central role in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to raise the profile of the organisation, generate leads and support the delivery of key business objectives. You will be working closely with the Content Executive and be responsible for ensuring that the marketing content reaches intended audiences via the most effective channels.

Naturally you will have experience and a proven track record in a relevant role to include:

  • Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns

  • Execution of email marketing campaigns

  • Maintaining websites

  • Data analytics

  • Writing and proofreading creative copy

  • Project management
