💼 The Role:

As a Marketing Executive, you'll partner with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute marketing strategies for our Real Estate and Investment clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Creating compelling content for social media accounts and updating websites. 🌐


• Collaborating on diverse marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness. 🚀


• Ensuring the quality and consistency of all marketing materials. ✔️


• Monitoring competitor activity and suggesting improvements to marketing strategies. 💡


• Assisting in the organisation of events, presentations, and seminars. 🗓️


• Coordinating with international teams to provide up-to-date marketing materials. 🌍

🔍 Skills & Experience:

To succeed in this role, our client is looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• Previous Marketing experience


• Previous experience within Real Estate/Property/Investment or similar


• Excellent writing and communication skills. ✍️💬


• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. 📝


• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing principles. 💼


• Currently pursuing or already qualified with a Marketing Degree or CIM certification. 🎓
