Job Overview:



  • Working with the Marketing Manager, develop, implement, manage and optimise the annual marketing plans for the management systems, chain of custody and supply chain certification businesses

  • Measure and report monthly on the performance (including ROI) of all marketing campaigns/activities undertaken for the management systems, chain of custody and supply chain certification businesses

  • Present quarterly to key business stakeholders on the previous quarter's performance of the marketing plan and agree any adjustments to the next quarter's programme

  • Work closely with and provide support to the F&BP Digital Marketing Manager with respect to digital content creation

  • Working with the Marketing Manager, manage the annual marketing budget for the global management systems, chain of custody and supply chain certification businesses

  • Work closely with and build strong relationships with General Managers and Business Unit Heads within the management systems, chain of custody and supply chain certification businesses to help deliver their annual revenue objectives

  • Work closely with marketing colleagues in Element's Americas and EMEAA sectors sharing and adopting best practice

  • Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure that they deliver work that is on brief, on time and on budget


Skills



  • Strong organisation skills, proactive, well organised and methodical; able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines; prioritise conflicting tasks and to make decisions quickly and effectively

  • Commercially astute with the ability to evaluate market opportunities in terms of their likely return to the business

  • A flexible approach with the ability to react to the short-term needs of the business

  • Ability to coordinate activity effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Experience of delivering omni-channel marketing campaigns

  • Proven track record of creating target-driven marketing campaigns

  • Experience of delivering marketing campaigns with excellent ROI

  • Experience of managing multiple agency relationships (including PR and Design)

  • Ability to interpret technical information and communicate this in an engaging style to key audiences

  • Strong budget management skills

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

  • Ability to influence others and drive results through collaboration

  • Ability to work with colleagues at all levels of the organisation
