Our client is seeking a decisive and creative self-starter, with innovative thinking and project management experience, to join their team as a Brand Communications Executive.


Supporting the audio-visual categories, the Brand Communications Executive's mission is to execute a communications strategy that delivers against the business and category objectives. As the main point of contact for allocated product categories and projects, you will coordinate all aspects of the brand and trade marketing plans and work closely with other members of the Brand Communications team.



Duties include, but are not limited to:



  • Own the product set up and customer review syndication processes for all consumer product launches, managing relevant agencies and liaising with relevant in house teams.

  • Managing annual range update communication collateral and working with creative agencies to deploy relevant imagery and brand packs to relevant channel partners.

  • Working with the European team and local product and sales teams, plus external agencies to deliver successful product launches in line with business objectives for allocated product categories.

  • Coordinating brand assets, including imagery, videos, and banners, to support product launches and promotional campaigns.

  • Working with media agency to develop media execution plans including roll out of the creative assets and sign-offs.

  • Be the guardian for brand guidelines and premium execution across all touchpoints

  • Managing project and allocated category communications budgets, working alongside Brand and Trade Team Lead and Product Marketing to understand and plan the category's strategy for the year.

  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to build annual retailer specific marketing plans.

  • Produce Point of Sale for online and in-store executions.

  • Monitor and analyse performance of retailer activity with support of agency partners.

  • Contribute to customer insight projects including management of execution for relevant communications actions. Including the analysis of the performance and reporting back to relevant local, EU and global teams.

  • Collaborate with the wider Brand Communications team to align and deploy content and activities including presenting at relevant cross function meetings.

  • Continuous liaison with our European HQ in order to deliver assets to match UK's requirements and timings.

  • Build strong relationships with retailers, agencies, and internal stakeholders in the UK, EU, and Japan.




Required Skills



  • Degree Level qualification - ideally marketing related

  • 1 - 2 years' work experience in a similar marketing role

  • Good knowledge of digital media landscape

  • Excellent Project Management skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Self-starter with good organisation skills and the ability to manage conflicting deadlines

  • Team player with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders

  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
