Marketing & Communications Executive



HOURS: 8:00am - 5:00pm

SALARY: £27,000 - £33,000 *Depending on Experience

  • Delivering and managing a strong social media presence

  • Managing the company's WordPress websites, updating content, news an case studies

  • Working closely with the Marketing & Communications manager to run and host large twice-yearly events from start to finish

  • Hosting and managing events and exhibitions

  • Develop a strong content marketing plan, ensuring a steady stream of impactful written and creative content

  • Be aware of any exciting opportunities for photography and videography

  • Deliver detailed reporting and metrics on activity results, campaign effectiveness, and ROI

  • Use data to make real-time adjustments and proactively identify trends and opportunities

  • Make recommendations that support the success of the Group by contributing to overall marketing planning strategy and development

  • Working effectively as part of a team and ensuring all tasks are to benefit the success of the company


  • 1-2 years' experience within a similar Marketing & Communications Role

  • Ideally experience within Events planning and organisation from start to finish

  • B2B Marketing experience is highly desired!

  • MUST be exceptionally organised, forward thinking and dynamic

  • Experience of social media management software in a professional setting

  • Hands-on experience of delivering integrated marketing campaigns, including live events, virtual events and content

  • Proven experience in events logistics management, branding, marketing materials collateral, speaker assignment, presentation, lead collection/management and budget control

  • Ability to create social media content (graphics and videos)

  • Excellent end-to-end project and budget management experience

  • Needs to have a strong understanding and experience of working in a professional office and how business runs

  • Experience with InDesign, WordPress and writing copy is desired

  • Willingness to learn and build upon skills or take initiative to learn independently if not

  • Ability to work well within a team but also independently

  • Personable, outgoing, motivated and honest interest in the role and business

  • Enthusiastic, creative, self-starter and excellent planning skills
