Salary: £34k-£36k plus excellent benefits


You will be part of the North European Marketing team responsible for delivering strong and engaging multi-channel marketing campaigns covering manufacturing and processes in the Marine, Food & Water, Energy markets. You will have responsibility for overseeing and coordinating all campaign activity in the UK & Ireland and will partner with one of the Divisions to help to drive the communication strategy within North Europe.


Working closely and collaborating with Digital and Commercial marketing colleagues to ensure effective integration of all campaign activity across all channels. You will also support the Marketing Manager with key projects and strategic initiatives. The role also demands constant high-quality communication and relationship management with internal and external partners.


Strong planning and project management skills are key. You will need to be able to act independently, responsibly and proactively whilst also being a key team player across North Europe.



The Role:




  • Lead, create and implement product specific campaign strategies that can be executed in close collaboration with the North Europe Region

  • Develop and execute measurable campaigns. Recommend and plan the best mix of Marketing channels to meet business and campaign objectives

  • Build and maintain a positive relationship with all relevant parts of the organisation.

  • Ownership of the RO(M)I analysis in collaboration with digital analytics and lead teams

  • Work with leadership to support and deliver a yearly plan that drives measurable campaign outcomes in terms of reputation, relationships and revenue for global sector "go to market" campaigns

  • Drive campaign outcomes through effective collaboration with multi-disciplinary marketing and customer-facing teams

  • Create impactful and effective campaigns through strong project management and focus on key deliverables, including:

    • Developing content that is audience focused, commercial, distinctive and thought provoking

    • Activating content externally through optimum channels and formats for the relevant stage of the buyer journey

    • Creating clear networks and resources for internal activation in support of identified business development targets



  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to:

    • Activate sector campaigns in local markets

    • Identify opportunities to develop, re-purpose and deliver campaigns collaboratively

    • Monitor performance and adapt campaigns against agreed outcomes to maximise ROI and value achieved

    • Become recognised as a trusted expert and advisor to key stakeholders in the business




The ideal candidate:




  • Experience in campaign management and content strategy development and roll-out

  • Strong collaboration and team building skills - including effective leadership and development of multidisciplinary cross-regional teams of marketing colleagues contributing to campaigns

  • A pragmatic, agile and open mind-set, with willingness to adapt and innovate as required to maximise campaign efficacy and value delivered

  • Excellent communication skills - with the ability to engage with and advise stakeholders of all levels and functions within the business, building trust and long-term relationships

  • Strategic and commercial awareness and engagement, especially within the designated sectors or topic areas
