FTC, potential for progression and growth!!

£27,000 - £32,000 plus benefits such as Wellness reimbursement benefit Private Healthcare, Life assurance, Competitive Pension scheme and Home office support

Full-Time, 37.5 hrs a week

An exciting creative opportunity to join the world's leading manufacturer and marketer, who have been ranked 3rd World's Most Admired Companies, as their Marketing Specialist on a fixed term contract up to 15 months with the potential to go permanent!

You will support the team with planned campaigns, helping to drive demand and awareness for the business. You will create and deliver brand strategy and marketing activity to a high standard, growing the brand equity and long-term sales. This role will report to the Marketing Manager.

Integrity, end to end accountability across all levels, fast decision making and a "can do" attitude is highly valued!

Sounds interesting?...Daily duties include:

  • Support Marketing Managers with planned campaigns across portfolios to drive demand, awareness and

sales for the business

  • Manage creative adaptations and production (specifications, copy etc.) with local creative agencies

and regional brand team

  • Support with planning and organising brand events to a high standard

  • Sponsored events include

    • retailer events including instore activations/sampling

    • trade shows including content production, idea activation, organising promotional staff

    • supporting with event logistics and reviewing the results (with measurable outcomes).

  • Support coordination of national recycling campaign logistics with internal external key Stakeholders

  • Budget management

To be successful in this role you'll have:

  • Strong marketing experience (within FMCG would be an advantage)

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field or equivalent

  • Experience in presenting to wide ranging audiences

  • Project Management skills

  • Self-motivated and acts as an owner

  • Computer proficient with Microsoft Office, (Adobe InDesign/Adobe Photoshop would be an advantage)
