JOB TITLE: Marketing Assistant

COMPANY: Financial Services

HOURS: 09.30am-17.30pm

START: ASAP - Willing to wait notice period

SALARY: £20,000 - £25,000* Depending on experience

LOCATION: Walking distance from Bank station. (Hybrid working)

  • Maintaining and updating the website with new articles, team members and vacancies

  • Conducting regular website audits to ensure all content is relevant and up to date

  • Supporting the partners in creating pitch documents and collateral

  • Support the team with creating branded collateral as and when needed

  • Ensuring all collateral is up to date

  • Supporting with the organisation of events

  • Working with the Head of Marketing and Digital Marketing Executive to create newsletters (via Campaign Master)

  • Supporting with all aspects of marketing, and a variety of projects

  • Providing social media support - supporting the Digital Marketing Executive with Twitter and LinkedIn pages

  • Ad hoc marketing work when required


  • An outgoing and flexible personality and enthusiasm is key

  • Social media or events experience would be beneficial

  • Experience using Campaign Master, Mailchimp, Photoshop, InDesign would be an advantage

  • Administration experience, dealing with data, lists & spreadsheets

  • A committed individual who can take ownership of tasks given and feel passionate about them

  • Happy to take on all kinds of tasks with a 'can-do' attitude

  • A personable individual who is willing to get involved with the team socially and has a flexible & adaptable mindset

  • Enthusiastic, proactive, willing to learn, and excellent attention to detail

  • Outgoing, confident, and respectful

  • Someone who can be themselves and bring new ideas to the team
