DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:




  • Manage and liaise with the PR & IR agency for all communication work scopes

  • Managing management integration with all stakeholder in relation to communications

  • Conduit to scheduling and content in relation to management integration with press.

  • Writing articles for the press in conjunction with agency.

  • Arranging interviews in conjunction with CEO and CFO's pa's

  • Website production and regular updates, installing group theme.

  • Managing social media content as required.

  • Dealing with all PR for company

  • Messaging development in coordination with agency

  • Handling communication aspects of events

  • Group Communication Strategy

  • Liaising with shareholders

  • Responsible for all communications and PR with the company in accordance with agency.

  • Someone who is eager to make the role their own, grow within the position and with the company and to think outside the box and develop the role




SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:




  • Ideally someone who has dealt with the press and media

  • Strong PR and communications background

  • Having dealt with an institutional and retail investor bases

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Tech Savvy

  • Looking for the next trend to get the message out

  • Available to deal with crisis management.

  • Personable, friendly, outgoing and motivated attitude

  • Well-presented and well spoken and confident in handling press and media

  • Proactive, interactive and ability to use initiative
