JOB TITLE: Marketing Coordinator


JOB TYPE: Part Time 6 Month Fixed Term contract


SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 Pro Rata (this means full year equivalent!)

HOURS: 9:00-5:30 but this is flexible


LOCATION: Farringdon/Chancery Lane area

Marketing Coordinator


The Marketing Coordinator is a high-performance professional support role focused on providing marketing and events management support to the UK and Ireland sales team.



The main tasks include:



  • Working closely with the MD / Sales Director and Central EMEA Marketing team, you are responsible for creating and updating marketing materials.

  • Lead, plan and Co-ordinate events such as

    • Bi-Annual Dealer events

    • Product launch events

    • Showroom events, knowledge based/sharing

    • Joint events with our dealer partners

    • Dealer Training events

    • Support and Coordinate A+D Events





  • Working closely with Client Experience Rep assisting with strategic mock ups

  • Working closely with Sales Director, amend Monthly Dealer Newsletter (rewrite & local case studies)

  • Working closely with the Client Experience Representative to Support the Digital Campaign

  • Working closely with the Client Experience Representative to manage databases (Sales and Dealers)

  • Any other relevant duties that may arise from time to time.



To succeed in this role, we would need someone with the following profile:


Required experience



  • Marketing, digital experience, preferably in a sales or agency environment

  • Preferred experience working with Concur, Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Photoshop, InDesign, Outlook

  • Superior organisational/ administrative skills and in-depth knowledge product marketing and event management

  • Exceptional communication skills. Interacts with all levels both internal and external stakeholders both relaying and receiving information

  • Ability to exercise diplomacy and judgement in all facets of the job

  • Experience working in an international matrixed organisation is preferable

  • Fluent in English. An additional advantage would be other European languages



This role is a contract as it is a new poisition.
