Office Angels London Bridge are currently helping a client based near Tower Bridge find a Marketing and Communications Specialist to join their team.


This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of day-to-day marketing tasks and processes, including implementing and co-coordinating effective communications strategies for our client, managing and raising awareness of the brand, ensuring brand compliance and consistency, as well as the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.


Tower Bridge | £22ph - £23ph | Full Time | MUST be available to interview on Wednesday 15th and Thursday 16th January 2020


Responsible for the development and delivery of marketing acquisition, retention and brand communications programmes in line with company's strategic objectives:


This includes, but is not limited to:



  • Assisting with UK public and media relations, supplier management and development

  • Identifying opportunities to increase and improve brand/product awareness

  • Responsible for planning, executing and reporting on marketing campaigns laid out in the marketing plan, following the direction of the company

  • Creation of marketing materials including brochures, data sheets, corporate presentations and branded merchandise

  • Create clear, compelling and concise content for the company email campaigns, website, promotional materials, blog, newsletter

  • Provide support in analysing and reporting on customer retention and developing retention programmes and campaigns

  • Assist with the launch of new products, services and concepts, including undertaking market research to support launch activities

  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure that digital activities are aligned with planned campaigns

  • Assisting in developing internal communications program

  • Ensuring marketing campaigns are delivered within budget and that all activities are forecast in line with budget forecast deadlines


Essential Requirements:



  • Educated to Degree Level standard

  • A Marketing qualification, desirably a CIM Diploma.

  • Strong experience using the Pardot system

  • Requires 5+ years marketing experience, some of which should have been at or in support of B2B Technology Companies.

  • Experience in creating, writing and editing content for internal and external distribution; including, newsletters, press releases, articles

  • Event management and campaign planning experience

  • Experience managing outside vendors and overseeing the design and production of print materials.

  • Strong PR and media relations experience

  • Highly analytical with the ability to analyse data, conduct market research, develop insights and campaign ideas
