WOW FACTOR: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 12-month FTC for a fluent English and Mandarin speaking and writing Marketing Manager! A well-established membership organisation is seeking an experienced, hardworking and self-motivated individual to solely manage and execute all marketing functions for the company.



JOB ROLE: *Mandarin speaking Marketing Manager

SALARY:
£27,000 - £30,000* Depending on experience

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:




  • Ideal candidate MUST be fluent and have impeccable written and spoken English AND Mandarin *

  • To work in a professional and supportive manner to gain more members to the business using effective marketing techniques

  • Developing a marketing plan for the organisation

  • Conducting research and analysing industry media and data to identify potential members

  • Being the main point of contact and focus for all marketing platforms

  • Making approaches to potential members and tracking progress

  • Meeting challenging KPIs regarding increased membership

  • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies

  • Promotional activities for the business

  • Assisting with organising events, exhibitions, meetings and conferences

  • Managing and handling all campaigns on social media

  • All dealings in both English and Mandarin



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:




  • MUST be fluent and have impeccable written and spoken English AND Mandarin *

  • Ideally a graduate with a Marketing degree

  • 1-2 years' experience within the field, strong knowledge and background

  • Strong IT skills, ability to work under pressure, presentable, trustworthy, conscientious.

  • Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, creativity and writing skills

  • Personable, friendly and outgoing

  • Would be preferred but not essential to have experience within the oil gas and shipping industry.

  • Willing to understand and work together with the primary requirement of the position to increase the number of members, publications sale and the visibility/profile of the society
