This exciting field-based role is working for an international, market leading IT company and covering the South East of England region. It is a role where you will be organising the company's partner Sales & marketing activities, and helping to set-up events and campaigns. Previous technical experience is not required, nor is direct sales experience, however some exposure Sales & Marketing campaigns, initiatives or events, perhaps as sales support co-ordinate, along with confidence, is essential.


The person who might fit this exciting role will could possible have come from a Sales Support/Coordinator role, where experience has been gained through dealing with/supporting the needs of a Sales teams or partnering companies with marketing & sales campaigns and other promotional activities.


Training will be provided by the person who has held this role and is now promoted internally.


You can expect to be visiting partner offices throughout the whole of the South East & London, and involved with the all of the following:-


* Understanding the Partner's needs with a the aim of helping them to generate more business
* Organise and co-ordinate events with the Partners and the relevant office hosting - from initial invitations through to the event itself.
* Assist Partners and their sales teams during a promotional days
* Maintain and enhance the relationship with Partners
* Assisting, supporting and answering any questions of business needs the Partners may have
* Liaise with Marketing to create content for the business generation campaigns
* Ensure deadlines are met
* Own dairy management


You will ideally have

* Experience in a marketing role supporting a sales function OR Experience within a sales environment and an capability to pull a plan together
* Great communication skills and confidence to meet new people
* Able to work under own initiative
* Good attention to detail
* Flexible approach


Rewards and opportunity are considerable, and include a £25,000 basic salary, a fully funded company car, plus £7500 commission (against target), pluss £3000 bonus (against company performance), as well as the benefits associated with a quality employer, ie Pension, Healthcare, Life Assurance, paid holiday rising to 25 days with service with a further 3 days available as part of flexible benefits
