Would you like to join a dynamic and forward- thinking practice delivering consultancy services to a broad spectrum of clients in the construction industry?


The successful candidate will be working in the Bid and Marketing team based in our London office, supporting the Bid and Marketing Manager to help deliver first class proposals and provide marketing support to the business.


The role has a focus on bids and submissions, coordinating workload and also developing and managing the bid library. In addition, you will be involved in activities such as event planning, social media management and communications.


Duties:



  • Work alongside Directors to oversee the bid process by coordinating all activity, monitoring progress, ensuring regular internal meetings held and making sure deadlines are met and that bids are technically compliant and meet the minimum standard and gathering feedback where possible

  • Be responsible for daily portal searching to identify relevant opportunities

  • Ensure bid collateral and bid text library is up to date

  • Research and write client presentations

  • Manage a bid tracker

  • Support the Bid and Marketing & Bid Manager with marketing activities such as


social media content and engagement, business marketing materials branding and the maintenance of the company website, planning targeted business development actions such as events and conferences



  • Ad hoc support to the business as required


Experience:



  • Immediately available

  • Strong written, verbal influencing and creative communication skills

  • Tendering and bid project management

  • Adobe InDesign

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Highly organised with strong time management

  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team

  • Confident and approachable
