JOB ROLE: PA to MD & Marketing Assistant


COMPANY: Luxury Property client


HOURS: Full time


SALARY: 26,000 to 28,000


LOCATION: West end, London

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:


PA duties to include:



  • Diary management

  • Extensive and detailed email correspondence

  • Answering the Land and Investment telephone line and taking messages

  • Organising meetings, booking flights

  • Assisting in the creation of contracts and agreements

  • Processing expenses

  • Running weekly reports

  • Assist the marketing team when required


Land and Investment duties to include:



  • Uploading clients/sites to database

  • Creating Dropbox files for sites

  • Create price appraisals and site proposals

  • Liaising with new clients and establishing their requirements

  • Creating/submitted offer letters and invoices

  • Generate property reports

  • Collate comparable property information for sites

  • Assist the marketing team when required (with factsheets, spreadsheets, brochures, etc)


General Support to Marketing Department when required;



  • Managing social media accounts, daily monitoring and posts on Instagram, Twitter, LinkeIN & Facebook.

  • Creative writing

  • Creating quarterly Newsletters for all offices on InDesign

  • Looking after Promotions and client Projects set by Manager.

  • Website Maintenance - Liaising with the website hosts and updating back end when there are updates/issues/amends.

  • Exhibition Reporting - Pulling Reports from Social Accounts and other platforms we use to generating enquires.

  • Client Proposals/Research



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:


Essential requirements:



  • Educated at an A-level standard or equivalent (degree-level would be advantageous but not essential)

  • Exceptional verbal and written English

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge of Reapit advantageous but not essential
