Marketing Manager - London Bridge- Part Time



OA Executive has partnered with a software consultancy business based in London Bridge who are approaching their 10 year anniversary next year. Due to recent changes within their team they are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team.



As the Marketing Manager you will report directly into the Co-Owners of the business and will support the entire organisation with all things Marketing. You will take responsibility for developing, aligning and sustaining their marketing messages using a multi-channel approach and will work to drive lead-generation through your campaigns and events.




  • Develop the annual marketing plan, ensuring this is aligned to the wider business objectives

  • Outlining and preparing and taking ownership of the department budget

  • Reporting and tracking all activity to ensure that a positive ROI is being delivered

  • Pro-actively working to drive continuous brand development

  • Developing an internal comms strategy

  • Delivering multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns for all products and services

  • Creating and managing end-to-end marketing events, seminars and webinars

  • Copy-writing for the website and social media channels, utilising SEO techniques

  • Ensuring that all messaging is aligned at all times

  • Managing paid online advertising namely Google AdWords

  • Creating email marketing campaigns

  • Designing and producing marketing collateral and point of sale material

  • Attending relevant industry events



This role requires an all round Marketing expert who can confidently deliver the marketing strategy in a standalone role. You must be self-motivated, pro-active and capable of working autonomously in order to be successful. You will have excellent communication skills and will love the idea of reporting directly into the Co-Owners of the business.



You will ideally possess a relevant marketing qualification such as CIM and will have proven marketing experience ideally from within a B2B setting. You will have strong examples of how you have previously developed and maintained marketing strategies and working towards and exceeding KPIs. If you have worked in a similar industry or for a consultancy, this would be extremely advantageous to your application.
