An exciting opportunity for a experienced Marketing Manager.


As Marketing Manager you will have strategic responsibility for creating and executing innovative marketing plans deploying online and offline marketing tactics focusing on B2B markets. You will be managing a senior marketing executive as well as providing training to ensure their development.


Working closely with the European Marketing Director. This is a great opportunity for the right individual who is wanting development and challenge.


Role and Responsibility:


To ensure key messages aligned to the business plan are delivered across all potential media


To write and control copy-writing and Print Production of marketing materials


To ensure smoother execution of strategies


To take responsibility for bringing marketing activity required on time and within budget


To ensure all internal procedures are adhered to


To proactively input into budget procedure


Reporting


To devise reports of activity weekly and monthly


To ensure social media activity are executed for the maximum exposure for the business


To develop key relationships, with stakeholders to maximise revenues


To ensure all deadlines are met and exceeded


To undertake any other duties as reasonably requested


Increase the awareness of brands and services across effective elements of the marketing mix


Create develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, PPC, SEO, email, social and PR


Manage and maintain the organisation's website(s)


Control all expenditure to within budget and prepare monthly forecasts


Develop and optimize landing pages


Measure and report on effectiveness and business impact of digital marketing activities


Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing




  • Required Skills:



    • Strategic, analytical and creative thinker

    • Proven management experience

    • Creative writing skills and media creation for advertising campaigns

    • Proactive and shows initiative - a self-starter

    • Delivery focused

    • Excellent verbal and written communicator with negotiation skills

    • Strong organisation and budgeting skills with good attention to detail

    • To be successful in this opportunity must be strategic proactive , ambitious, confident, self starter who has proven online and offline experience.
