Marketing Communications Specialist - London - Up to £45,000 plus amazing benefits



An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Communications Specialist to join a leading technology business based in the City of London. A growing business with a global presence, they are looking for a communications specialist to join their Marketing team who pride themselves on their collaborative approach.



As the Marketing Communications Specialist you will take responsibility for supporting the Marketing Manager by implementing and coordinating an effective communication strategy for the business, raising awareness of their brand as well as planning and executing marketing campaigns.




  • Assisting with UK public and media relations, supplier management and development.

  • Identifying opportunities to increase and improve brand/product awareness, corporate reputation and identity; identify and execute PR opportunities to drive customer acquisition and retention

  • Assist in marketing plan preparation, including budget and short and long-term strategy

  • Assist in the delivery of lead generation activities, including research and analysis in to inform the direction and delivery of campaigns

  • Responsible for successful delivery of the marketing automation strategy, optimisation of the Pardot system including creation of customer journeys, workflows, lead scoring models and campaign structures

  • Assist in developing and executing the annual customer satisfaction survey and following up on customer feedback

  • Driving targeted customer communications aimed at improving customer engagement

  • Creation of marketing materials including brochures, data sheets, corporate presentations and branded merchandise

  • Developing the events strategy

  • Create clear, compelling and concise content for email campaigns, website, promotional materials, blog, newsletter

  • Provide support in analysing and reporting on customer retention and developing retention programmes and campaigns

  • Assist with the launch of new products, services and concepts, including undertaking market research to support launch activities



This is a hugely varied role which requires an experience Communications specialist with proven B2B experience in a similar role. You will have a sound understanding of handling operational communications in an in-house setting, will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and knowledge of relevant messaging tools. A relevant degree education will also be hugely advantageous to your application.



You will naturally enjoy making improvements to processes and will have a strategic approach to all that you do. You will be keen to work in a collaborative team and will be dedicated, professional, customer focused and enjoy working under pressure.
