Job Title: Head of Marketing
Salary: £65-£70k pa
Location: Wimbledon

Your key responsibilities:
* To initiate and co-ordinate the promotion of each location in the group within its local market place and across a range of marketing activities in conjunction with the Business Manager and Site Managers
* To plan and implement a regular budgeted marketing plan for all locations in the group and by agreement with the Board
* To ensure brand management and third party communications are aligned with the company's message
* To manage and promote all online activity including website social media forums and online directories
* To ensure the efficient handling of enquiries, in conjunction with the Business Manager and Manager in each location
* To analyse marketing response from data provided by the locations and make recommendations based on analysis
* To increase enquiries and occupancy levels and positively impact fee levels in each location
* To promote the brand within the industry sector and staff teams

The role will include:
* To liaise effectively with outsourced agencies involved in marketing regarding all marketing initiatives online and offline.
* Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team.
* To monitor occupancy at each location and make recommendations for dealing with gaps on an ad hoc basis; to then implement plans as agreed.
* To liaise effectively with each location in the group to ensure support for all marketing initiatives.
* Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing and PR.
* To co-ordinate regular newsletters for each location ensuring at copy is well-written and that the design, layout and message are consistent with the company mission.
* To analyse CACI data to make recommendations to the Board for targeted approaches to give maximum return on investment.
* To analyse CACI data to support Directors in site selection.
* Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
* Oversee social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
* To ensure that all locations are liaising with their channels and referral sources, as required.
* To effect and support database marketing across the group.
* To ensure the effective monitoring of responses to all marketing activity, in conjunction with each location.
* Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
* To ensure that the all websites are efficiently managed, including SEO and enquiry tracking.
* To ensure that all locations are provided with marketing materials, including brochures as required.
* To prepare regular/annual budgeted marketing plans, including an implementation plan, in conjunction with the locations, for approval by the Board.
* To report to the Board as required regarding all marketing activity.
* To ensure that all marketing spend is purchased cost-effectively.
* To implement two questionnaires per year to relatives, residents and staff at each location and to analyse the results and provide feedback for the Board and the homes.
* To implement the mystery shopper programme and provide effective feedback for all location across the group.
* To evaluate new publicity opportunities and make recommendations to the Board.
* To work alongside HR Manager to create marketing material and events to promote recruitment, retention and motivation of staff teams.
* Undertaking any other duties and reasonable requests by the Directors.

Person specification
* Excellent administrative, organisational and time management skills
* Good working knowledge of marketing techniques
* The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
* The ability to work on multiple projects at one time
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Excellent telephone manner
* Strong IT skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
