Job Title: Events Coordinator
Location: Wimbledon
Salary: Up to £28k pa




Our prestigious client based in Wimbledon is looking for an Event Co-ordinator who will be responsible for all administrative and coordination of the meetings and events associated with the location, to ensure the events run efficiently and effectively.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for all administration and coordination of the meetings and events to ensure all functions run efficiently and effectively
* To provide an outstanding customer service to all stakeholders in line with current procedures and processes
* To maintain excellent produce knowledge and ensure all client information is accurate and in line with the brand standards
* Attend weekly meetings, take minutes and keep accurate event information and feedback
* You will be responsible for the regular maintenance and communication of the Use of Facilities Documents on behalf of the Client
* Provide direct liaison with clients and suppliers, both internally and externally, to ensure clear and effective communication for each event to exceed expectations
* To liaise with the relevant stakeholders and support teams to ensure events are set up and cleaned in preparation for the Operational Team
* To act as an ambassador of the company and always uphold company standards
* To support the Coordinator with any administrative tasks
* To prepare all invoicing information for billing clients and produce weekly forecasts for each event and forward to the Accounts Department
* To produce functions sheets for all meetings and events, within agreed timeframes, providing event packs for the operational team
* Provide administrative support to the Operational Team, general admin, signage, menus, table plans and other bespoke requirements
* To liaise with all other support services to ensure harmonious working relationships

Skills and Experience Required:
* To be passionate about delivering a great service and an outstanding customer focus
* To be immaculately presented
* Drive and determination to get things done
* To develop and maintain strong and supportive relationships with your work team and all other departments
* To process a confident and out-going personality
* To have a flexible approach to work maintaining a calm and dignified manner at all times
* To have previous experience of meeting and event coordination
* To be available to work as required in this seven day a week operation
* To be able to confidently and comfortably communicate well with a broad range of stakeholders, clients, Members and Senior Executives
* To be able to plan and prioritise daily requirements and any tasks given to you
* Excellent communicator, both written and spoken
