Location: Epsom
Salary: Up to £28k pa

Are you a confident and experienced Event professional looking for a new role?

Our client is looking for someone to lead the delivery of a high quality, cost-effective event management service for the company. You will need to able to hit the ground running, as there is a key event you will need to lead immediately after starting in role.
You will be reporting to the Head of Internal Communications and working closely with both staff and volunteers.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Lead the final stages of planning and delivery of the Regional event out of London on 7/8 November
* Attend this conference on 7 November (overnight stay required), overseeing the Friday agenda and ensuring a smooth handover on the Saturday morning
* Assist with planning and delivery of staff and volunteer events November and December
* Liaise with staff and volunteers to plan the 2020 events calendar
* Manage outstanding invoices and expenses for the November event and also for the charity's Council of Samaritans event, which took place in mid-October
