Role: Fashion Communications Assistant - Temporary

Location: Ladbroke Grove - 5 days office based

Hours: Full Time - Monday- Friday

Salary: £13 p/h

Do you have a background in Fashion PR? Are you looking to gain experience with a luxury fashion brand?

Our client is a luxury womenswear clothing brand specialising in ready to wear collections. They are currently looking for a proactive and professional Communications Assistant to help run their press office.

Reporting to the Communication Manager you will be responsible in handling global sample requests. While also offering support on brand projects and administrative work.

Please bear in mind this role is fully office based 5 days a week. Candidates must be able to travel to their Ladbroke Grove offices.


- Sample management:

Liaising with press and stylist on sample requests

Manage daily sample movement across VIP, press and internally using Launchmetrics

Work alongside VIP agencies to maximise sample opportunities

- Maintaining the condition of sample collections and archives

  • Monitor global press coverage with a focus on the UK, US and ME markets

  • Compile weekly coverage, press and VIP reports. Analysing the results

  • Support:

- Database management and admin duties for Fashion Week and Events

- Press and VIP invitations

- Sponsor management -

Support with production, logistics and dressing Leadership

Responsible for the daily management of interns within communications department

What you will need to be successful in the role:

  • Excellent knowledge of Launchmetrics

  • Strong background working in luxury communications, including managing sample collections and inventory

  • Detailed knowledge of the global media landscape

  • MS Office

  • Professional, well presented and discreet

  • Strong communication and written skills

  • Excellent time management and strong organisational skills

  • Works well under pressure

  • Previous experience with Photoshop/ Adobe Cloud desirable
