HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

LOCATION: Ashford (hybrid working available)

SALARY: Up to £30,000

START DATE: ASAP

TERM: Permanent

Office Angels are delighted to be working with our Client based in Ashford who we have had the pleasure of working with for over 5 years now. A brand new opportunity has become available for a Loyalty Agent to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a key role within the business, supporting existing clients and offering premium products to them. You will be responsible for hosting live webinars and offering training to your clients. This role is very interactive and you will be building and maintaining strong working relationships with Key Clients.

What will I be doing on a daily basis?

• Building strong working relationships with existing clients via telephone, email and virtual meetings


• Implementing a loyalty programme, ensuring retention with clients remains at a high standard


• Speaking with customers to understand their needs to ensure as a business, you continue to deliver the best quality service


• Host webinars to demonstrate products to clients, upselling products where possible


• Continually grow your knowledge of the products, offering the best advice to your clients


• Offer training to existing clients on premium products


• Work very closely with the sales team to ensure customers are always receiving the highest standard of service


• Providing regular feedback to management regarding any trends and customer requirements

We'd love to speak to candidates who have:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written


• Experience in Account Management, Retention, Sales or Customer Service


• Confident building relationships via telephone


• The ability to show empathy and understanding, understanding clients needs


• Experience using Salesforce would be beneficial however not essential
