As the Losses Administrator, you will play a vital role in monitoring and processing losses paperwork generated by various departments, ensuring accurate data entry into the hire system. Key Responsibilities:



  • Compile and process manual and electronic paperwork to generate losses notifications and hire invoices

  • Monitor and allocate extra equipment returned from clients, ensuring accurate stock levels

  • Resolve customer queries and disputes in a professional and timely manner

  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow

  • Provide general administrative support to the manager

  • Adhere to internal procedures and systems for consistent workflow


Skills and Qualifications:



  • Previous experience in customer service or administration

  • Proficient in MS Office applications with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems
