π Responsibilities:
As a Logistics and Operations Admin, you will be responsible for providing high-level support to customers and internal sales organisation. Your key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Creating client proposals, including new customer set up and pricing details.
- Generating and reviewing purchase orders accurately and promptly.
- Coordinating with vendors and project teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Assisting with project management tasks, such as spec checks and punch ID/resolution.
- Serving as a communication hub between various cross-functional teams.
- Maintaining timely and accurate communication with internal and external customers.
π Essential Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:
- Previous customer service work experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organisational, analytical, and administrative skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
πΌ Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
While not required, the following skills and qualifications will be advantageous:
- Familiarity with interior design industry.
- Experience in managing logistics and operations in a similar role.
