Logistics and customer service co-ordinator

Role :

  • Day to day first response for customer service queries across all service delivery of on-site logistics operations ensuring that they are closed out to a high standard and in line with the customer's requirements and to the Logistics Manager's priorities.

  • To input, schedule, and coordinate delivery scheduling requirements for: inbound, internal and outbound freight deliveries, post, packages, parcels and bulk.

  • To provide administrative assistance within the warehouse from booking jobs onto the transport management system to completing and maintaining

To be successful in this role you will have -

  • Working knowledge of client sites, processes and procedures.

  • Strong IT skills (good basic knowledge of excel spreadsheets and ideally AMS)

  • Articulate with excellent communication skills (including telephone) and the ability to communicate & influence staff, colleagues and customers at all levels
