Logistic and Contracts Administrator


£30,000 per annum + benefits including 20days holiday (increasing on years' service) + Bank Holidays, Private Medical, Parking, Pension and team/social events++

Hours: Mon-Fri - 7-4pm or 8-5pm. - Hybrid Option of 1 or 2 day remote working if required after training period.

You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution and completion of installations of jobs. You'll be responsible for liaising with the warehouse, scheduling installers for jobs, arranging shipping, and overseeing the entire process from start to finish. This role offers variety and excitement, with plenty of phone and email communication to keep you engaged.


What you'll be doing:



  • Updating clients with order updates

  • Scheduling installers for jobs and coordinating their activities

  • Collaborating with the warehouse to determine the items needed for each installation and arranging shipping logistics

  • Ordering parts required

  • Seeing each job through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction

  • Updating CRM daily and completion of relevant paperwork accurately and efficiently

  • Raising pro-formas as needed to facilitate smooth invoicing and billing processes


What you'll bring to the table:



  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable manner

  • IT skills - CRM / Microsoft Office

  • A knack for building and maintaining positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and remain calm under pressure

  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detail

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within a logistics, scheduling or installation environment
