£20k per annum pro rata

Croydon / Kenley /Purley Surrey

Hours: 37.5 hours - 9-5.30pm

Start date: ASAP


An exciting opportunity to work for a creative, entrepreneurial multi-award-winning group, as a Logistics Administrator with working hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.

You will be joining a creative team looking after the end to end sales ordering process for a range of customers large and small as if it were your very own. Processing orders, logging onto the system, in a timely accurate fashion, book orders in for delivery and liaising with customers daily.

Sounds pretty easy……other daily duties include:

  • Logging, responding, and managing customer requests, all the way to resolution.

  • Setting the correct priority to all requests.

  • Acting as an ambassador

  • providing feedback on success criteria for the externally facing services and products.

  • Booking orders with customers and transporters

  • Allocate stock orders

  • Liaise with customers.

  • Managing information and general administration support

keeping all records up to date.

  • Undertaking such other duties required from time to time

To be successful in this role you'll have:

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills

  • Confidence and the ability to manage your own times

  • You must be customer focused

  • The ability to follow process and procedure correctly

  • Calm under pressure
