We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Logistics Administrator in Bracknell, This is a temporary role to start ASAP and to last for 12 months potentially longer.

Job title: Logistics Administrator

Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Building the released stock from SAP, into loads in accordance with the individual customer specifications

  • Contacting customers to book in the deliveries into their warehouses

  • Input delivery information accurately on to the SAP system

  • Handle rebook of failed deliveries

  • Liase with sales admin regarding the released stock

  • Handle customer queries regarding their deliveries

Requirements for the role:

  • Good knowledge of SAP system

  • Experience in logistics admin

  • Works well under pressure

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong Admin skills

  • Able to prioritise workload
