"Live Events" - Logistics Coordinator


As we all emerge from the effects of lock-downs and as Live Music & Sporting events pick up, a new opportunity has now arisen for the right person who has a strong interest in Live Events (Music, sports, the Arts) to join this exciting international business as a Live Events Logistics Coordinator, a role that is pivotal to the logistical arrangement of some of the best known names on the international music scene.


The passion for providing exceptional levels of services to the music industry is what drives our client to be at the top of their game, and it is this same passion that they look for when openings, such as this one, arise. The existing team is harmonious, good-humoured, lively, and hard-working - and there is very strong regard that team-fit should be among the most important considerations for anyone joining the team, in this successful international business, and although this is an office based role, it presents opportunities to attend some live gigs and events too.


You'll need have:-



  • a passion for music and live events

  • Willingness to learn whilst working alongside the experienced team

  • an interests or maybe some minimal experience in logistics/imports/exports/customs

  • the ability to coordinate and plan with close attention to detail

  • Motivation and energy to get important organisational tasks done accurately and on schedules.

  • Confidence to speak to clients and to integrate within the lively, busy team environment

  • a passion to pull together with the team to get projects completed

  • a good working knowledge of MS-Excel

  • ... an enquiring mind, a good sense of humour and good fun!

The role is office-based, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm, and a Car owner//UK driving license would be required for occasional use / or use of company vehicle.
