Our client, a Residential Property company-based in Kingston Upon Thames is recruiting for a Residential Lettings Administrator/Office Manager to join their team.


They are a small and friendly team and are looking for someone who is organised and enjoys a varied but busy role.


My client will consider candidates who have experience managing the following duties:



  • Residential Rent Reviews preparation

  • Deposit Protections/Unprotections

  • Commercial Rent Reviews preparation

  • Commercial rent Invoicing

  • Property Repairs lists

  • Fixed Wiring Tests preparation

  • Pat Tests preparation

  • Gas Safety Tests preparation

  • AGM preparation

  • Incoming Tenants

  • Outgoing Tenants

  • Stationary orders

  • General Emails & Letters

  • General filing

  • Booking EPC'S or Asbestos/FRA tests (smoke alarms)

  • Updating appliances lists / purchasing appliances etc

  • IT proficient in MS Office


Candidates applying must have previous experience working within the Property/Estate Agency sector, possess strong IT skills, and ideally live local to Kingston
