Lettings Client Accounts Manager


I am looking for a Lettings Client Accounts Manager


You will manage a team of 15 and taking ownership of deadlines and data analysis. You will report into our Head of Lettings Client Accounts.


Responsibilities of a lettings client accounts manager include:



  • Oversee our client Accounts department as a whole including our credit control

  • People management skills with experience in 121's, recruitment, managing staff absences and any Performance Improvement Plans or disciplinaries

  • Excellent written communication with the ability to investigate queries or complaints and take the appropriate action

  • Experience in financial analysis and data interpretation

  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Competent knowledge of Excel extending to VLOOKUP functions and Pivot Tables

  • Ability to perform bank and data reconciliations

  • Manage audit controls to ensure deadlines are followed
