Lettings Negotiator/Administration/Secretary - Full Time

100% Office Based

£23k - £25k plus amazing benefits including 20 Days Holiday + BH, Pension

Wimbledon - No Parking On Site

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm

An amazing opportunity to join a long-established property company great opportunity for someone who is wanting to get into the property sector - no experience required.

As a Lettings Administration/Secretary, you will be responsible for the general administration and organisation of the office including driving to viewings.

You will apply your previous experience in administration and customer service to support the administration function.

Sounds interesting?... Daily duties include:


  • Answer telephone calls and emails

  • Pass on complaints and repair requests to the correct person of contact

  • Organise viewings

  • Get Keys Cut

  • Testing keys, when possible to ensure copies are correct and still working

  • Gas and Electric metre readings on check in/out

  • Organise mid-term inspections

  • Drive to viewings prepared with details of the property and costs breakdown sheet to ensure prospective tenant has as much information as possible from first meeting

  • Arrange check-out inspections, including photos and report to determine any damages


  • Preparing all tenancy agreements

  • Recording and typing all check in inventories

  • Preparing all property procedure forms for a move-in

  • Ensuring all requested furniture is moved into the property before the tenants move in

  • Taking photos and entering all property details and suitable description to the property editor to publish online

  • Doing comparables of the current market to determine a fair but competitive price for letting a property

To be successful in this role you'll will need to have:

  • Excellent in Customer Service Skills

  • Administration Experience

  • Full UK Driving License

  • Keen to Learn

  • Money Motivated

  • Keen interest in Property

  • Team Player

  • Organised

  • Excellent IT Skills
