Role: Lettings Administrator
Location: Sheffield, S10
Contract: Permanent | Full time working Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm and alternate Saturdays 9:30am-1pm
- Deal with office administration and incoming enquiries
- Respond to clients in a timely manner, offering excellent customer service
- Arrange property viewings
- Deal with tenant applicants whilst updating landlords accordingly
- Work collaboratively with the wider team, always striving for success
- Supporting with property viewings when required
What you will need to succeed:
- Experience working within lettings / property would be a distinct advantage but not essential
- Experience providing excellent customer service with great communication skills
- Strong organisation skills with a keen eye for detail
- IT skills including the use of Outlook, Word and internal databases
- Due to the occasional need to conduct property viewings access to a car would be desirable
