Job Title: Lettings Administrator


Location: Exeter


Salary: £23,000


Hours: 8:45am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday, and 9:00am - 2:30pm 1 Saturday in every 4

The Role: As a Lettings Administrator, you will be working in our client's gorgeous city centre office within the lettings team assisting to manage existing business, providing the highest level of customer service to all Clients, Landlords and Tenants. As well as undertaking duties necessary to assist in the smooth running of the department and assisting other members of the team.


Your key responsibilities will include:


� To support and help with administration of tenant move-ins.


� To assist the lettings manager with general admin and office duties.


� To assist the property manager with property maintenance issues.


� Daily communication with clients, landlords and tenants.


� Answering the telephone, arranging viewings and lettings valuations.


� Administration of the legal compliance.


� General administration and assistance on daily basis in all areas of the department.


� Any other duties as determined by the lettings manager.


Your skills and attributes:


� Professionalism, presentability, reliability, and a positive attitude are key.


� Experience in customer service or sales industries.


� Excellent organisational skills.


� Strong interpersonal and communication skills


� A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding client expectations.
